Black Tango Intelligence (“BTi”) incorporates artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies to generate analysis, insights, projections, summaries and interpretations of financial data.

2. No Predictive Certainty

No AI system, including BTi, can predict financial markets with certainty. You acknowledge that:

• All outputs are probabilistic in nature;

3. Limitations of AI Output

4. No Reliance on AI

You must not rely solely on AI-generated outputs, treat AI analysis as authoritative or definitive, or base decisions exclusively on AI-generated content. AI is a support tool only, not a decision-maker.

5. Human Judgment Required

All outputs generated by BTi must be independently evaluated, cross-checked with other sources and interpreted using your own judgment. Human oversight is essential when using AI-driven tools.

6. No Advice and No Recommendations

AI-generated content within BTi does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, portfolio guidance, tax advice or legal advice.

The AI does not consider your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, knowledge, experience or personal circumstances. All content is general and non-personalised.

7. Data Dependency and Model Risk

AI outputs depend on underlying data quality, model assumptions, training inputs, algorithmic design and platform configuration. As a result:

You are solely responsible for interpreting AI outputs, validating all information, assessing relevance and applicability, and deciding whether and how to act. All actions taken based on AI outputs are at your own risk.

11. Regulatory Position

BTi is not an FCA-regulated entity, investment advisor, brokerage, execution service, portfolio manager or fiduciary. AI outputs are not regulated financial advice.

12. Evolving Technology

AI technologies are continuously evolving. BTi may update or modify models, change output formats or logic, introduce new AI features or remove existing features. Outputs may vary as the system evolves.

13. Financial Market Risk

Financial markets involve risk. Any AI-generated analysis relating to financial markets should be considered within the broader context of market uncertainty, data limitations, model risk and the possibility of financial loss.

14. Acceptance of AI Risk

By using BTi, you acknowledge that AI involves inherent limitations and risks, that outputs may be unreliable, and that reliance on AI may lead to errors or losses. You accept full responsibility for any outcomes arising from the use of AI-generated content.
